Distance Learning Tuition Rates
Distance learners are students admitted to a Bama By Distance program or admitted as an online non-degree seeking student. Please note that the tuition rate does not include any course or test proctoring fees. Most courses are three credit hours.
- Undergraduate Rate: $375 per credit hour
- Graduate Rate: $420 per credit hour
Programs with Specific Tuition Rates
- EdD in Higher Education Administration (Executive Cohort): $720 per credit hour
UA Gadsden Center Tuition Rates
For courses offered at the UA Gadsden Center, tuition rates are as follows:
In-State
- Undergraduate Rate: $375 per credit hour
- Graduate Rate: $420 per credit hour
Out-of-State*
- Undergraduate Rate: $1,025 per credit hour
- Graduate Rate: $1,186 per credit hour
*NOTE: Departmental grants are offered to cover the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition. Please call (888) 223-4131 for an application.
