Set yourself apart from your peers with this 30-hour online graduate program in Human Environmental Sciences in General Studies (Consumer Conflict Management). This program will help you develop skills to eliminate common sources of conflict and teach you to create a more peaceful workplace environment.
Students are provided with the tools to manage, resolve, negotiate and mediate conflict and to develop intrapersonal and interpersonal skills that can help them both inside and outside the classroom. You will learn to communicate with unique and diverse individuals and groups. The courses in this program will actively engage you in self-exploration regarding issues of perception, bigotry, bias, values, beliefs, differences and culture.
Courses for this program are offered completely online in order to accommodate working adults, and they are taught by the same faculty who teach on campus at UA.
