Business Transactions Curriculum - LL.M. Degrees

The LL.M. concentration in Business Transactions requires the completion of 24 hours of graduate coursework. Students can complete the program in one year by enrolling in four courses a semester. 

Cohorts begin in August with a required online orientation session prior to the start of classes. The summer orientation introduces students to the interactive technologies and curriculum, and provides the opportunity to meet professors, staff and each other. 

The course of study is interdisciplinary in fields of law and business, including tax, finance, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and traditional corporate classes.
