RN Mobility Track - Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing - RN to BSN/MSN (Online)
The RN to BSN/MSN program of study is an online accelerated option for the experienced RN who holds an associate's degree or diploma in nursing and is interested in pursuing both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree.
MS in Nursing (Case Management) (Online)
This program prepares advanced practice nurses to serve in a leadership role in a case management or clinical documentation department.
MS in Nursing (Clinical Nurse Leader) (Online)
This program prepares nurses to assume the role of clinical nurse leader. The role was developed by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing as a way to provide the best possible cost-effective care for patients.
EdD for Nurse Educators (Blended)
The doctor of education for nurse educators is designed to prepare nurses for careers in higher education. The course of study helps develop the teaching and research skills necessary for effective faculty in university and college nursing programs.
* MSN Nurse Practitioner Concentration (Blended)
The MSN Nurse Practitioner Concentration with dual specialization in mental health and primary care for rural populations is designed to help nurses obtain the skills they need to provide preventive and acute health care services to patients of all ages. This MSN concentration is offered in a blended format which combines online coursework with a limited number of meetings on campus.
* Priority for admission into the MSN NP concentration will be given to those who live and/or work in rural Alabama and plan to work in rural Alabama after graduation.
DNP - Doctor of Nursing Practice (Online)
The DNP is a practice-focused degree that prepares graduates to work at the highest level in specialty areas and to assume leadership positions in health care. This program can be pursued on either a part-time or full-time basis.
