The Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership emphasizes the application of theory and research to the practice of leadership in P-12 schools and other educational policy arenas. Students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to function as scholarly, ethical, and reflective decision-makers in the areas of executive management, instructional leadership, and policy. Classes are offered evenings and weekends on the University of North Alabama campus in Florence, AL.
